How to set the language and currency on a proposal
One proposal uses one of 10 languages for its page labels, and one of 33 currencies for its price. The sentences you write stay as you wrote them.
On 1 November 2026, pages about proposal language and currency treated the two as one topic. Some were product pages. One how-to changed the document labels and left the writer's own sentences in place. That is the OfferNeo split as well.
The language of the page
A proposal has one language. The choices are English, Turkish, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Danish.
Buttons and fixed labels on the page follow that language. The title, the service text, and the other words you write stay as you wrote them. Choosing a language does not rewrite those sentences.
Arabic lays the page out from right to left. The other nine languages stay left to right.
A spreadsheet row can carry the language, or you can fix one language for every row. The Excel guide covers that file. A CRM rule can set the language too. WhatsApp templates follow the proposal language. The WhatsApp guide covers the message.
The currency of the price
A proposal has one currency. The choices are USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, AED, SAR, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, CNY, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, INR, KRW, BRL, MXN, SGD, HKD, NZD, ILS, THB, MYR, IDR, PHP, RON, BGN, ISK, and ZAR.
The amount on the page is in that currency. A spreadsheet row can carry it, or you can force one currency and ignore the currency column.
What the checkout can charge
PayTR checkout accepts TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, and RUB. PayTR also needs a verified custom domain on the proposal. For another currency, use Stripe or a bank transfer.
Stripe can refuse one charge that is above its limit for that currency. Lower the total or the deposit percentage, switch that proposal to PayTR or a bank transfer, or pick another currency.
A bank transfer shows the bank details you saved. The client confirms after they pay. OfferNeo does not see the transfer arrive. The deposit guide sets out deposit, full payment, and no payment.
The live page, the open record, and these two settings sit on the same link. The features page is the product overview. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it does not ask for a card.
