How to create proposals from an Excel file

One row in an .xlsx file becomes one live OfferNeo proposal. The sheet is the list. It does not stay attached to a proposal the client already has.

Creating proposals from Excel, on 1 November 2026, turned up guides that merge a spreadsheet into a Word or PDF file, and tools that upload a workbook. This is the OfferNeo path. One row becomes one live proposal.

Start from the sample file

Open Excel on the integrations page and download the sample template. The file is .xlsx. It has a sheet for the rows and a sheet of language codes. Upload that file, or your own .xlsx, up to 20 MB. The import keeps up to 10,000 valid rows. Rows past that limit stay out.

Headers are matched to OfferNeo fields. The sample headers exist in 10 languages, and a header written in any of those languages can match. Rename or remove a header that matches nothing.

What a row contains

A full sheet has the customer name, mobile phone, email, language, audience, service name, amount, currency, and service description. Image links are optional. The sample wizard can fix some of those values on the template, and then those columns do not have to be in the sheet.

A row is kept when it has a customer name, a phone, or a service name. The upload warns when a phone or an email is missing.

An image link has to be a JPEG, PNG, or WebP under 2 MB. A row can carry up to 5. A link outside those checks is skipped. The amount is read from the cell. You can also force one currency for every row and ignore the currency column.

One rule, on a schedule

Choose a proposal template. Each pending row creates a proposal from that template. The row fills the customer and the service line. The template supplies the rest of the page, including a deposit if you set one. The deposit guide covers that setting.

Each user can keep one Excel automation rule. The rule runs on a schedule and stops for the day at the daily cap you set. Replacing the file replaces rows that have not been sent. Proposals already created stay. Removing the table removes the pending rows and leaves the created proposals.

A later edit in the workbook does not rewrite a proposal the client already opened. Upload the corrected rows and let the next run create the new proposals.

The open on that page is a separate record. The guide on an opened proposal lists the fields. Agencies use the same live link for a longer client list. Plan prices are on the pricing page.

The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it does not ask for a card.
