How to send a proposal on WhatsApp

OfferNeo puts the proposal link in a WhatsApp message. You set the daily limit and the wait between sends. Open alerts to you stay on Telegram and email.

On 1 November 2026, guides for sending a proposal on WhatsApp offered two formats. Some attached a PDF. Some put a link in the chat. OfferNeo sends the link. The message is the proposal message you set. OfferNeo does not read the rest of the chat.

Connect the account

Open WhatsApp in Settings and scan the QR code. On the phone, use WhatsApp, then Linked devices, then Link a device. Keep the settings page open until the connection finishes.

You choose the daily maximum. The setting stops at 100 proposals a day. You also choose how many minutes to wait between messages. Messages that do not fit that day go out the next day.

One account can be shared with the team. A teammate without their own connection can send through it. They cannot change its settings.

What the customer receives

The message uses a template in the proposal language. Templates rotate. You can edit them, and you can add up to 10 of your own for each language. The greeting follows a male customer, a female customer, or a company. The message includes the proposal link.

The phone number needs a country code, and it has to be registered on WhatsApp. A missing or unusable number is left out of the queue.

When you send or schedule the proposal, and the WhatsApp send setting is on, the message is queued beside the email. You can queue that message again from the proposal.

Reminders you turn on

Two customer reminders stay off until you enable them. One sends when the proposal is still unopened 24 hours after it was sent. The other sends the number of hours you choose before the proposal expires.

Those reminders go to the customer. An alert to you is a separate path. The guide on an opened proposal lists the open record. Telegram and email carry that alert. The integrations page is where WhatsApp sits next to the CRM connections. Plan prices are on the pricing page.

The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it does not ask for a card.
