How to send proposals on your own domain
A verified subdomain such as proposals.yoursite.com becomes the address of the proposal page. Until then, the link stays on yourname.offerneo.com.
On 1 November 2026, results for sending proposals on your own domain split in two. Some pages set the email address the message comes from. Some set the address of the proposal page. This guide is the page. The email or WhatsApp message still carries the link.
The address you already have
Each organization has a subdomain on offerneo.com, such as yourname.offerneo.com. The name is 2 to 30 characters. It uses lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and it starts and ends with a letter or a number. Save that name before you add your own domain.
Until your domain is verified, the proposal link is https://yourname.offerneo.com/p/ and the proposal's own slug.
Add a subdomain of your site
In Settings, add a host such as proposals.yoursite.com. Leave off https and www. The root, yoursite.com by itself, is not accepted.
The page shows a CNAME record. Add that name and that value at the host that manages your DNS. If the page also shows a TXT record, add that too. The TXT record proves you control the domain. It appears when the setup asks for it.
If the domain uses Cloudflare, turn the proxy off for that record so it stays DNS-only.
DNS can take time. Allow up to 24 hours, then use Check DNS on the same page. The status stays pending until it verifies. A domain already used by another organization cannot be added again.
What changes when it verifies
The proposal link becomes https://proposals.yoursite.com/p/ and the proposal's own slug. Your logo and brand color stay on the page. Free, Starter, and Pro still show Powered by OfferNeo. Business hides that line.
PayTR checkout needs this verified domain. Stripe and a bank transfer do not. The deposit guide and the language and currency guide cover the charge. Agencies use the same address for the client link. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it includes this domain. It does not ask for a card.
