How to create proposals from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

Connect one CRM, filter the deals, and let a rule create a live proposal from your template. A paid proposal updates that deal. An open stays in OfferNeo.

On 1 November 2026, pages about proposal software and a CRM listed several systems on one page. HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho showed up together. Pipedrive showed up often as well. OfferNeo connects HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho. Pipedrive is not one of them.

Connect one CRM

An organization admin connects the CRM from the integrations page. The connection uses the CRM’s own sign-in. HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho do not stay connected together. Disconnect the current one, then connect the next.

Field mappings on that CRM’s tab fill the proposal. The contact supplies the name, the email, and the phone. The deal amount fills one service line. The template supplies the rest of the page.

What the rule reads

A rule points at a proposal template and a daily cap. It sends at one time on the weekdays you turn on. When the matching list is longer than the cap, the rest waits for later days. The cap also has to fit the proposals left on your plan.

HubSpot rules filter Deals. A Deal with no primary contact is skipped.

Salesforce rules filter Opportunities. An Opportunity with no primary contact is skipped.

Zoho rules can read Potentials, Contacts, or both. A Potential with no linked Contact is skipped. When one Contact has several Potentials, the newest Potential is the one that is used.

If a record matches more than one rule, the rule you created first handles it. A later rule does not create a second proposal unless you allow duplicates.

What comes back

A completed payment updates the linked record. That payment can be a deposit or the full amount. HubSpot updates the Deal, Salesforce updates the Opportunity, and Zoho updates the Potential. You can choose to create that record when the proposal does not already have one. Extra fields follow the won-deal mappings you saved.

A callback request can be written back as a HubSpot call, a Salesforce event, or a Zoho call.

The open stays on the proposal in OfferNeo. The guide on an opened proposal lists those fields. A list that lives in a spreadsheet uses the Excel guide. Sales teams use the same live link once the proposal exists. Plan prices are on the pricing page.

The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it does not ask for a card.
