A Qwilr alternative for a live proposal page
Qwilr sells interactive proposals with e-sign, from $35 per user a month. OfferNeo sends one live link, records the open, and takes payment on that page.
A Qwilr alternative has to do the job Qwilr advertises: a proposal the client opens in the browser. Qwilr describes that product as interactive proposals you share as a link, with quotes, sign-off, and payment. Their page is interactive proposal software.
What Qwilr lists on its pricing page
Checked on 1 November 2026, Qwilr's pricing page shows three USD plans for customers outside Australia and New Zealand.
Starter starts at $35 per user a month when billed annually, or $49 per user a month when billed monthly. The plan lists e-sign, analytics, QwilrPay, and the HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive integrations.
Growth starts at $55 per user a month, annual billing only, with a minimum of 5 users. Salesforce is listed on Scale, not on Growth.
Scale starts at $75 per user a month, annual billing only, with a minimum of 10 users. Salesforce integration is in this plan.
A new account gets a 14-day trial of Starter. Qwilr says no credit card is required. When the trial ends, the pages stay live for 30 days and access to the account stops.
QwilrPay on Starter adds 0.09% on each transaction. Growth and Scale list that fee at 0%. Stripe's processing fee is separate, and Qwilr says Stripe sets that rate.
The same page describes interactive quotes, an ROI calculator on the page, acceptance in one click, and e-sign that collects a signature on the document. Its page analytics include where a prospect spends time and what they click.
One search, a web page
On 1 November 2026, results for interactive proposal software opened on Qwilr's pages, then on other products that send the proposal as a web page. Results for Qwilr alternative were lists of those same products. Both queries are one job: a link the client opens, in place of a PDF on an email.
The link, a record of the open, and a way to pay or accept are the core of that job. A calculator and a drawn signature are separate features. The link still works when the page has neither.
What OfferNeo does with the link
OfferNeo puts the proposal on its own URL. You send that URL by email or WhatsApp, and you keep one link for one client.
An open is stored after a human-traffic check. The record includes the recipient, the time, the city and country taken from the IP address, and the device, operating system, and browser. It stores one duration for the visit. It does not store a time for each section. A later visit from the same person can be stored as another open. A person who opens a forwarded link is a separate open. The guide on an opened proposal lists those fields.
Telegram can send the alert on every open, or as a digest every 4, 12, or 24 hours. The message names the customer and the proposal, and it includes the city and country on that open. WhatsApp carries the link to the client. The open alert does not go out on WhatsApp.
The client can pay on the page through the Stripe or PayTR account the business connected, or they can record a bank transfer. A bank transfer is stored when the client says they paid. OfferNeo does not check the bank. The client can also accept the proposal on the page. That acceptance is a recorded yes. A drawn signature and an ROI calculator are the Qwilr features described on the pricing page above.
Proposals can be created from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel. Those connections are on the integrations page. A proposal can use one of 10 languages and one of 33 currencies, on an OfferNeo subdomain or on your own domain. The proposal software comparison sets that live link next to a static PDF and a generic CRM quote.
Match the tool to the deal
Qwilr is the closer match when the proposal must collect a signature, show an ROI calculator, or report time spent on each part of the page. Those items are on Qwilr's pricing page. Salesforce there sits on Scale, which starts at 10 users.
OfferNeo fits the deal when you need the live link, the opening alert, and a payment or an acceptance on the page. Agencies, freelancers, sales teams, and service businesses each have a page for that work. On OfferNeo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Excel connect without a 10-user minimum. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
The free plan is 3 proposals a month for 1 user, and it does not ask for a card.
